• The charms and chains are not true to size. We have separated them into Small, Medium, and Large so you can have an idea as you arrange.   
• Spacing of charms may slightly vary based on your selection of charms.     
• All custom charm bar sales are final.
• Charms and chains come in a variety of materials. Most are waterproof and tarnish free. Please see care page to see how best to care for your SB pieces.
• Each piece is handmade by us, so please note that production time may be longer during high-demand periods (i.e. Holidays)
