Ketu Mala – Tigereye Beads with Tigereye Faceted Counter Beads, 36″

This Ketu mala has tigereye beads that are hand knotted with larger tigereye faceted oval counter beads and gold filled accents. The Guru bead drop is a large tigereye round bead with a dark brown tassel. The mala is 36″ long with a hanging Guru bead and a 2″ dark brown tassel. It weighs about 2.5 ounces.

This is the standard 108 bead mala composed of 9 sets of 11 beads and then the counter bead. Malas are used to count prayers, japa – repetition of Holy names and mantras, and to keep track of breathing exercises in meditation.
